Passing Down Crazy

Because Sometimes the Best Thing You Can Give Your Kid is an Addiction…To Yarn

Ok Then, Goofball!

This is Kid 4 at her finest.  As you can tell, I’m doing an excellent job at passing down crazy!!!  She’s pretty happy with her new hat.

This is the Giggles Hat.  I found it on Sailing Knitters blog.  (She has instructions on how to join the Yahoo group.)  As soon as I saw saw her photo, I knew this kid needed one of her own!!!

The hat is knit with Interlacements Tiny Toes.  Yes, I knit a hat with sock yarn.  Idiot!!!  I started with size 1 needles and a bit into it, I switched to size 3 needles.  There were supposed to be bobbles every 3 stitches on the bobble rows, but because I hate making them, I did half as many!

Life is good when you’re nine years old!

Up next, a very cute vest modeled by Kid 5.  It needs buttons and shirt to wear under it.
