Maybe I should dig out my coat.

  1. You poor thing!! Just look at that windchill!! We can see that sort of thing here in Montana and did just before Christmas, but now we’re in an extended January thaw. Don’t mind it a bit!

  2. Wow! Our high today… 83! It’s 10:30 at night and currently 69 degrees with a low of 49 expected. We srsly should NOT be in the 80s in January!

  3. I guess I shouldn’t be upset with our -1 low for tonight then? Right now it’s +2, but it actually isn’t as bad as yesterday’s teens digits. Because yesterday we had 1000 MPH winds!!! So it felt like -100. OK, I exaggerated, a little. But the lack of wind today makes all the difference. Even though my nose hair are freezing when I take the dog out, at least my face is being blistered.

PS: I think we should ban Tammy from posting taunting messages. Or maybe just move in with her?

  4. Ugh! Don’t you just hate it!! I’m a longtime lurker from Mankato- Somehow it escaped me that you lived in this eyeball-searing cold, too!

  5. Last year we were doing -30F temps for a few days so I understand how you feel. Think warm thoughts and cover yourself in wool.

  6. Stay in, and knit!!! (Houses don’t get dirty when it’s that cold, right?)

  7. It’s supposed to get down to the coldest it’s been here in DFW for 2 years this weekend – all the way down to 25 degrees.

I can’t even imagine your kind of cold…

  8. Just now dig out your coat? Spoken like a true Minnesotan!
