It’s finished! Frankie is one step closer to having a monkey quilt on his bed!
Looks like I didn’t do a very good job of pressing the borders. Oh, well. That’s easily fixed.
I’m still just loving that brown “knit” fabric. I purchased flannel for the back from the same line of fabric. It should be really cozy!
Guess what this is?
Yep! That’s Georgie’s nose. We have an end table/kennel in the kitchen. Most of the time she sleeps in there with the door open. The other day she got a time out for trying to steal food off the kitchen table. So she sits there with her nose sticking out of one the holes. It never ceases to crack me up.
How could that innocent face get in trouble??? This photo is from her celebrity photo shoot this morning. Ms In Charge grabbed the camera and started snapping!
The kids are enjoying a snow day today. On Saturday we had rain…in Minnesota…in January. Today we had just a couple of inches of snow and winds gusting to 40 miles per hour. And Frankie’s been outside most of the day!
Oh! One more thing. Look what’s blocking!
Finally. A scarf isn’t supposed to take that long to knit. A photo sho0t and full details coming soon!
I’m off to make some hot chocolate and treats. Have you ever had Special K bars made with Cheerio’s instead? Yum!
