It’s been almost a week since I posted!

My sister and her family are here.

We had a BIG party!

35 people.

Assorted uncles, aunts, cousins, and a great grandma.

lots of fresh fruit

yummy chocolate chip cookies

10 pounds of mashed potatoes.

14 pork tenderloins

a HUGE roaster of yummy vegetables.

bread and sun dried tomato butter

a yummy fruit salad

It was a perfect day!

Not much knitting going on.

My sister and I are going to hit the sewing room tonight.

The Sun Dried Tomato Butter was so yummy!  Here’s how you make it

In a food processor combine:

  1. 1 lb butter
  2. 4 oz sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
  3. minced garlic to taste

A loaf of warm french bread, and you’re good to go.

Have a great weekend!
